ALL BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, so please do read these terms before you book. You will find we are very fair in what we expect, but it is important to understand that we are a small company and with a tight fiscal balance we cannot absorb your losses if you change your mind or cannot take a tour as arranged. But beyond that, should you cancel you could be putting the experience of your fellow tour members at risk.
All travel is safer when you have travel insurance. Please be sure you have appropriate insurance against cancellation for any reason you deem could be necessary. Travel costs mounts up, no matter what kind of trip you have planned and you should protect yourself against any number of things that could go awry; from lost luggage to getting chicken pox the day you should have traveled. . .
Please also note: your verbal authorization of the use of your credit card, payment by PayPal or payment by check/credit card/bank draft/wire indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions and confirms your reservation whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft.
