Book Your Tour

Options for making your booking have changed:

To expedite your booking and be sure you get a place on the tour of your choice, hit the 'book now'  button inset by each trip and pay your deposit/trip fee using our online facility for secure payments.


We use SamCart and PayPal to process payments and receipts should come to you directly by email via the payment gateway. If you do not receive a receipt, please email to let us know.


Because of our first come-first served booking policy we cannot save places for you without payment to reserve your tour.

Please CALL US to check availability first, then print the booking form, fill it in and mail it with your deposit. 



How do I pay?

We integrate SamCart andPayPal with our credit card payment system which is safe and encrypted.
If you are using PayPal you do not need a PayPal account. You simply pay by credit card like you would normally do online.

For larger groups you can also pay by making a bank transfer.


How much is my deposit?

Deposits on Small Group Tours:   $750 if booked more than 6 months in advance, balance due 90 days prior

                                                            Full balance due if booked within 90 days of departure.

Deposits on Private Groups           50% per person upon booking and balance due 90 days prior

Deposits on Motor Coach tours    50% upon booking

Deposits on Day Tours:                   Full payment upon booking.

Deposits on Little Bighorn Rides  $45 deposit and the balance of $90 to be paid in cash direct to wranglers on the day of the ride


Why is my deposit non-refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable because NDN2rs offers ‘niche interest’ trips which people often book long in advance.

Your deposit is non-refundable (unless WE are forced to cancel your tour in which case you will receive a full refund within 30 days of the scheduled date) because we are unlikely to fill your place at short notice.


What if I have to change dates of my tour?

DAY TOURS: We understand that things happen while traveling and if you need to change your dates please let us know with as much notice as possible because we promise to try and reschedule your tour subject to availability of guides. But as a rule of thumb, know that if you cancel within 30 days of your tour you may reschedule within a year plus a month (so cancel May 2018, reschedule by June 2018).

SMALL GROUP TOURS: Under some circumstances you may be able to transfer to another tour, dependent on availability and provided that your cancellation does not take your originally scheduled tour below minimum numbers.

Is there a discount for groups?

For groups of 8 adults or larger, please contact Go Native America direct for special pricing.


Is there a discount if I make two bookings in one season?

Usually, but it depends on the tour whether we can offer booking discounts. Please contact Go Native America


Is there a family discount?

We don't offer family discounts. We offer special Day Tours in the Black Hills which are family-friendly and great value for money.


Is there a student discount?



How should I tip?

Tips are always appreciated for a tour well-completed, but never expected. A rough guide is 10-20% of your tour cost.


Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do. Please contact us for details, or see information about buying gift vouchers directly on the website.


Am I bound by Terms and Conditions?

All tour members should read our full terms and conditions prior to booking any tour.

Please remember that Tour Members agree to accept the authority and decisions of Go Native America employees, tour leaders, and agents whilst on tour with the Go Native America. If in the opinion of such person, the health or conduct of a Tour Member before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Tour Member may be excluded from all or part of the tour, in which case all monies paid will be forfeited and the Company will not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever to such Tour Members.
